Question: What are the methods of Biblical interpretation?
One of the tasks for the “Spirit of Truth”; Who Jesus sent when He Ascended, is to help us when we pray for His help in understanding the Bible!
Without His help we will flounder very often!
He is particularly active in maintaining the Truth of the Bible against all the attempts in the last 2000+ years to destroy and eliminate the Message of God to mankind for Salvation in Christ Jesus; which includes the “squabbling” between Groups, as to which books should be included in the “Official Bible”!
It is noticeable that the Satanic attacks have increased in pressure in the recent years, as the time for fulfilments grows close, which will be marked by Israel’s Transformation and Salvation (Ezek. 39:21–29); and the Lord’s Return to Earth!
They are particularly noticeable from Academic circles; but encouragingly the Scientific people have moved in large numbers from relying on Evolution, as they are in awe at the wonder of design of the human body, from the smallest cell chain, to the fantastic brain!
The Work of “The Spirit of Truth” will continue, up to the time when He is called away, to allow the acceleration of the Evil One to reach full power; prior to his imprisonment, (2Thess. 2:7–12)!!
